Clay Byrne

I’m Clay Byrne—Christian, husband, dad, brother, son, community leader, and a do-er. With over 25 years in real estate and leadership—centered on exceptional customer service—I guide Byrne Real Estate Group (BREG) with a hands-on approach, blending experience and a “get it done” mentality.

At BREG, my passion is helping people grow—whether it’s in their careers or as leaders. I’m dedicated to creating an environment where our team doesn’t just work but excels, delivering exceptional results while enjoying the ride. It’s about maintaining that balance between life and work and making every moment count.

Community involvement has always been a big part of who I am. I’m actively coaching youth sports, where I get to share my love for the game and help shape young lives. I recently joined the board for RBI Austin, an organization close to my heart that transforms lives through faith, sports and mentorship. I also served as the Board Chair for Butterfly Christian Preschool from 2020 to 2023, and I’m a long-standing member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in West Lake Hills, Texas.

As a leader, I’m influenced by Tony Robbins, whose teachings drive me to keep challenging myself and growing, so I can lead and mentor others more effectively.
