Byrne Buyer Guarantee™ - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
- Home must be purchased with a licensed Byrne Real Estate Group Professional Agent representing the buyer
- Property must be a primary residence and owner-occupied
Time Frame:
- Valid for 18 months from the closing date
- Written notice of intent to use the guarantee must be provided before the 18-month window expires
Listing Agreement:
- Seller must sign an exclusive listing agreement with Byrne Real Estate Group
- No listing commission will be charged
- Seller is only responsible for:
- Buyer agent’s commission (if applicable)
- Any pre-agreed home preparation or repair costs, if needed
Exclusions:
- Significant property damage, neglect, or modifications that impact resale value
- Misrepresentation of buyer financials or property details
- Refusal to list at a market-supported price or to consider reasonable offers
- Economic factors outside normal market conditions (e.g., natural disasters)
